Energy Technical Services PLLC (ETS) specializes in providing consulting, project management and engineering services to the energy and natural gas industries. As the owner and principal consultant of ETS, John (Jay) Gamble, Jr., PE, PMP, uses his over 30-years of diverse leadership and technical experience to help clients solve their unique challenges by working as an extension of their team. Jay has been providing Owner’s Engineer services on the NEC project since 2018, but has been involved with the project in various roles since its inception.
